Types of Information We Collect
You are free to browse some of the Culturewise website without submitting any personal information. We do not collect any of your personal information (such as a name, address or e-mail address) when you visit the Culturewise site, unless you register with Culturewise Online or our interactive quiz site, complete one of our evaluations, or otherwise agree to submit to us such information. As part of such processes, you have the opportunity to decline further promotional materials or other notifications from us regarding special offers and information from Culturewise. Types of information collected on specific services on the Culturewise Online site are described in more detail below.

Registration on Our Site
Culturewise requires users who want to use Culturewise Online and interactive quizzes to register. In order to register, you must provide us with a username (which does not have to be your real name), password and a valid e-mail address. This allows us to protect our online forums from abusive postings and provides a verifiable point of contact should legal questions arise. Your personal information will under no circumstance be given to anyone outside Culturewise Ltd unless we are required to do so under English law.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE you are not allowed to register for Culturewise Online or our interactive quizzes or to provide any personal information on our site. Please go away now if you are under 18.

Online Purchases
If you choose a service or transaction that requires payment our payment server will request personal information necessary for billing, such as: name, address, telephone number, and credit card number. The payment server keeps this information secure and uses it only for billing purposes. Culturewise is contractually prohibited from accessing or using any of the private, personally identifiable information that you submit to our payment server as part of your registration and use of the Culturewise Online site. Culturewise may at times use a cookie to collect non-personally identifiable information about your access and use of Culturewise Online or interactive quizzes. These cookies do not collect, store or maintain your private, personally identifiable information and Culturewise does not and will not match such cookie information with any private, personally identifying information you submit on such site.

Newsletter Subscription
Culturewise offers an option to subscribe to a periodic newsletter regarding our company's activities, promotions, product announcements and news items. The only piece of information required is the user's e-mail address, which is only used to distribute the requested newsletter. You can "unsubscribe" to the newsletter at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of the newsletter.

Culturewise Ltd Standard terms and conditions of business for training delivery

Payment
We render invoices prior to the commencement of the course calculated at the charge rate agreed. Full payment of each such invoice is required within 30 days of the date rendered. We reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 2% per month on invoices not settled within this period.

Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations made prior to the commencement of any course will be charged as follows: 3 days notice or less – 100% of course fees, 7 days notice or less - 75% of course fees, 8 to 14 days notice - 50% of course fees, more than 14 days - no charge. There will be no charge for transferring to an alternative date, provided the request is received in writing at least 8 days prior to the commencement of the course. Requests for transfer made less than 8 days prior will be charged as cancellations in full.

Course Changes
Culturewise reserves the right to improve the format and content of its courses at any time without notice to customers. Culturewise reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. Culturewise will inform customers of any such changes as soon as is reasonably possible and, where requested, will refund customers in full, any amounts received or apply all monies received to an alternative course.

Content and copyright
Culturewise and its employees and subcontractors provide training in a variety of practical, academic and theoretical concepts already in the public domain. In addition, training may also be provided in original concepts unique to Culturewise. Where original materials are provided by Culturewise these are copyright. No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise without the prior written permission of Culturewise.

Warranty and liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the delegates and that each delegate has sufficient competence to achieve the course objectives. Views expressed by Culturewise’s subcontractors are their own. Culturewise accepts no liability for advice given or views expressed by any such subcontractor or in any notes or documentation provided to delegates. Neither will Culturewise be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss however arising.

Dress Code
Culturewise believes that learning is improved when delegates feel at ease. Consequently we encourage delegates to dress in casual attire as and where appropriate.

Smoking
Culturewise operates a no-smoking policy in all training locations.
